The comments that come up most often are about the parts of the job that are easy to skip: whether the tack strips and staples actually got pulled, whether the quote held, and whether the crew showed up in the window we promised.

Those are the things we try hardest to get right, so it's good to see them show up in the feedback.

If we got something wrong

Call us before you write the review. Seriously. If we left staples in a corner or the subfloor wasn't as clean as it should have been, we'd rather come back and fix it than read about it later.

Most problems take one trip to sort out.
