We hire crew members throughout the year for carpet removal and hauling work across the Treasure Valley.

What the work actually is

It's physical. You'll spend the day on your knees with a pry bar and a utility knife, cutting carpet into strips, hauling rolls out to a truck, and pulling tack strips and staples off subfloor.

Some days it's one bedroom. Some days it's a whole office glued to concrete and you're scraping adhesive until the light goes. We'd rather be upfront about that than have someone quit in week two.

What we look for

Show up on time. Be straight with customers. Don't leave a mess behind.

A valid driver's license helps, and so does the ability to lift a hundred pounds with a partner. Experience with flooring or demo is nice but not required — the skills aren't hard to teach. Reliability is harder to teach.

What you get
