One price, decided before we start

We quote the job, not the hour. If a room takes longer than we expected, that's our problem, not your invoice. Disposal fees are already in the number we give you.

Hourly pricing puts you and the crew on opposite sides. We'd rather not work that way.

We finish the whole job

A lot of carpet removal ends with the carpet gone and a subfloor full of staples and tack strips. That's not finished — that's a second job you now have to do yourself.

We pull the tack strips, pull the staples, and sweep before we leave. If new flooring is going down, the floor is ready for it.

We tell you what we find

Water damage under the padding. Subfloor stained from a pet. Hardwood in better shape than you expected. We'll show you before we haul anything off, because that stuff changes what you do next.

We show up

If we say Tuesday morning, we're there Tuesday morning. If something goes sideways on our end, you get a phone call, not silence.
